determined to get some miles on the legs today - managed to get 2
ReplyDeleteam workout went like this - warmup rxd - then - 1 mile run 25 burpees 50 pressups 75 squats 800m run 25 burpees 50 pressups 75 squats 800m run 25 burpees 50 pressups 75 squats with a 20lb vest on
tough workout but i like these kind - had to change to 800m run as the road out of the estate is a nightmare and didnt want to risk an injury - will be hitting the FK and LL from mon tonight
10 4 count flutter kicks 10 LL x 5 - just to break in the hip flexors - felt good
